Arlene’s one year-old home features a contemporary west-coast design, built with timber shakes and shingles. It is modern, new, clean and luxurious. The back patio is peaceful and relaxing, with charming potted flowers and comfortable chaise lounges.

The Suite

The self-contained suite is private and secure. It has a separate entrance featuring a keypad door lock with your own private code, and an alarm system.

The suite features two tastefully appointed rooms, decorated in warm, relaxing colours. Bright light filters through each room.

The sitting room is cozy and comfortable with a selection of books, magazines and CDs for every taste. A twin-sized sofa bed can accommodate a third guest. Breakfast is served in the sitting room.

The large main bedroom features:

• TV with 57 channel cable, and a selection of DVDs for your viewing pleasure
