Policies
- We are a smoke free and pet free house.
- Children are welcome.
- We can accommodate no more than two people in the large bedroom and one person in the sitting room.
- A two-night stay is minimum in high season but exceptions may be made based on availability.
- Check-in is between 3:00 and 5:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am, unless other arrangements are made.
- Deposits can be made by credit cards through Paypal or bank drafts.
- To secure booking, 50% of the total cost is due in advance.
- Deposits are refunded if cancellation is made 14 days before date of arrival, less a $50 administration fee. Cancellation within 14 days of arrival will result in charges applied for room nights not taken.
- Balance of payment is due upon check-in.
- We accept bank drafts and credit cards through Paypal and cash.
