Rates

• High Season (May 1st to Sept. 30): $165/night
• Low Season (Oct. 1st to April 30): $130/night
• Based on double occupancy, an additional person is $50 at all times.

3. After we have confirmed your dates go to the “Online Payment” page to complete the reservation with PayPal.

Policies

• We are a smoke free and pet free house.
• We can accommodate no more than two people in the large bedroom and one person in the sitting room.
• A two-night stay is minimum in high season but exceptions may be made based on availability.
• Check-in is between 3:00 and 5:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am, unless other arrangements are made.
• Full payment is due at time of booking.
• Payment will be refunded if a cancellation is made 14 days before date of arrival, less a $50 administration fee.
• Cancellation within 14 days of arrival will result in charges applied for room nights not taken.
• We accept bank drafts and credit cards through Paypal, and cash.
